The fixtures for the 2025/26 All-Ireland League season have been confirmed, and anticipation is already building in Townspark for what promises to be another thrilling campaign for Midleton RFC.

Following an excellent 2024/25 season in which we narrowly missed out on promotion, the squad is hungrier than ever to go one better this year. The standard across the division continues to rise, and we’re ready to rise with it.

Pre-season training will kick off on Tuesday, July 22nd, and we’re calling on all returning players, as well as any new faces interested in joining the club, to get in touch and get involved. Whether you’re a seasoned player or looking to make a return to rugby, now’s the time.
This season brings some fresh challenges and familiar rivalries. We look forward to testing ourselves against newly promoted sides Bective Rangers and Thomond, while Malahide, dropping down from Division 2B, and fellow Dublin club Monkstown promise tough encounters.

Closer to home, we’re eager to renew rivalries with fellow Munster sides Dolphin, Clonmel, and Bruff, while Ulster clashes with Ballyclare and Belfast Harlequins are always competitive and hard-fought affairs.

All eyes now turn to Townspark on Saturday, September 27th, when we welcome Bruff in our opening fixture of the season. We hope to see a big home crowd to kick things off in style!

Stay tuned for more updates, and we’ll see you on the pitch.
